He's even more out of touch than Blair! How else can you explain his reluctance to let the law win (Twice) and his desire to change the laws to get his way????? It's not just the BNP that will suffer.....It will effect us ALL!!!!! The sooner he and his dictaoral government pals p*ss off the sooner someone can come in and clear up the mess that they have left this once Great country in...and we can all get back to living our lives without fear of being hauled before a court for 'farting in public'! (You may laugh....but the way we are being stiffled of any rights to live and breathe it can only be a matter of time before even farting becomes an offence)!!!!

he has no interest except in himself, over the last 9 years he has killed off company pension plans, underfunded the police and NHS and spent millions on immigrants. This shows that he has no idea of public opinion or is so selfish that he just ignores it, probably the latter

I'm not sure there is such a thing as mainstream opinion at times.
he is probably a little divorced from reality, like most top politicians.

He knows it all too well. He is embarassed by it because when he goes to international events, it is really hard to explain that Britain - the fourth richest country in the world - is somehow oppressed, as Daily Mail readers would like to believe.

he's a politician in an ivory tower, i doubt he has a clue about public opinion in britain and i'd be even more surprised if he actually cared.

I think that he is as dogmatic and ideaological as the rest of his government. I don't think he cares what we think, he knows what's best for us.
