With pregnancy comes bloating and swelling. It was so amazing, I could be at the doctor's office and be weighed one minutes, a few hours later I would have either gained or dropped four pounds.

I cant tell u why but it happened in my first pregnancy maybe thats just because u eat throught the day and get hot and some of your body swells and this is when your baby grows best. It may be time to move towards some maternity clothes

I had the same thing with my 3rd pregnancy. Its just when you wake up in the morning your nice and skinny, and all you see if that little baby bump,(which 10 weeks is normal for some to start to show) then later on in the day you just tend to get bloated and your stomach gets bigger. That is all it is.

As I understand it, after your first pregnancy, all pregnancies after tend to show earlier.
I'm on my first pregnancy and I started showing a little bit at about 10 weeks.
I'm at 13 weeks now and I look noticeably pregnant.

maybe you are alot more bloated in the afternoon, Is it only one baby? Is it an uncomfortable feeling? If so maybe you are taking in too much water, watch your salt intake, and talk to your doctor at your next visit, or if it is too bad call and ask, good luck and congratulations

You are probably retaining water. Try drinking more water throughout the day. Make sure you are moving around, and taking time to sit and relax periodically throughout the day. (I know it seems contradictory, but that's what you're supposed to do.) You should also go to your doctor and make sure there isn't anything more serious going on.
