Natural gas is used in some vehicles, but there are not sufficient facilities to refuel such vehicles in many parts of the country. Gasoline is easier to transport, and store, because it does not require pressurized tanks.

A natural gas vehicle is best suited to urban areas, and fleet use, where the car can be refueled at a central location. Most people want to be able to take their vehicles out of their normal area on occasion, and with the lack of refueling facilities in this USA, they would be limited in when and where they could travel!

nat.gas is a very "green" fuel it's just that it is difficult to store enough of it in a vehicle to get any sort of range . to get the same range as gasoline a pickup truck would have to give it's box over to storage tanks , negating any load the truck would carry , for a "grocery getter " it would be OK , for cross country trips , not !!

Yep, and cheap too. Several countries in Asia have been using it in their vehicles for years already.
