Take a pause. Silence is a wonderful opportunity for change. My personal opinion is that the Holy Spirit may be calling you. You see, at first it is just a whisper, then a gentle knock, but over time it becomes a banging. And a habit or event that is making you frustrated with yourself is what I define as a banging. You can wait...if you wait things will continue to escalate. We all have free will and you can choose to be outside of the will of God. And ignoring the whispers, the gentle knocks, the calling and eventually the doorbusting knocking is exactly how folks end up on Springer (lol). When was the last time you asked God for help? You don't have to go through this world alone. While you are thinking that over...here is a practical suggestion:

I assume its basically the same annoyances over and over. So play them like a video in your head. ANY change will change how the "movie" ends. I am sure you will be given plenty of opportunity to practice so don't worry if it doesn't turn out "happily everafter" after only one try. Second...take a piece of paper. You get ONE sentence about the other people and their annoying habits. The rest of the page and the back....write out about you. Like a screen play or a news article give all the details....how do you respond, when does it start, facial expression, posturing, verbal and physical response, attitude...write it so that if another person wanted to BE YOU they would have all the info they needed. When I finally swallowed my pride and did this writing thing....I found out I was ready for a problem way before I entered the room...and since I was defensive, I usually got exactly what I expected....last,don't expect people to be anything more than what they are. For humor I classify them as animals... my boss, for instance is a toad, he sits on his frogprince throne, croaks out orders and pretty much eats up all the little people with his wicked sharp tongue. I don't expect him to be anything more than a toad. I do pray for him. But I don't expect him to be pleasant, kind, considerate or friendly. He is task oriented and into himself. Most people are not being annoying TO ME or ON ME...they are just plain annoying. That was huge for me...to realize most were not doing anything AT ME. It was me allowing their (insert behavior lol) to "stick" and upset my applecart. I'm just not that important. I deal with a few frogs and a lizzard because I like to pay my electric bill ---but the rest of the day....is mine to enjoy...as for the occasional skunk or possum that passes my way unexpectedly, its just an opportunity to grow. It doesn't work every time, I still get upset now and then. Someone will find the right button. But either way, its an opportunity to grow. God Bless.

Change your mental attitude about the things which annoy you.
you can control it .
If you are in this state of mind and your phone rings does your vexation carry over to the person on the other end of the line?
The majority of people would answer no!
That is how easy it is to stop this behaviour.
Take care!

You are human, but reading the Bible is a good way. In the back of each Bible is an index...
How you are feeling!!
Lots of scriptures!!!!
Each scripture gives a breakdown of God's word
Take deep breathes before you responds to a person
People are soemtimes looking for a response from you especially negative
People who try to upset you are not happy, smile a give a soft answer, try it for 1 day and let me know how you feel!!!

If you can't walk away from the situation, take a deep breath and count to 10. Take deep slow breaths. It helps from keeping your blood pressure from rising
