American's love their firearms. They have the right to bear arms!
The NRA finances the elections so nobody is going to review the policy. Columbine doesn't mean a thing.

Because the Gun lobby spends billions to make sure the guns are out there and that we can get them
Because we have been convince that we need to own them to feel safe.
"You never know when one of THOSE people will try to rob your House, you have to be ready"
"You know that they are gonna roll wit a piece, y'all better git one of yo own"
"Guns don't kill people, people do"
"It's your right as an American to have a gun, you are American aren't you?"

2nd amendment says: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. The problem with most people is that they 1. only quote the last part and 2. don't know what a militia is, a militia is NOT just a group of guys with guns

It is also the attitude that has become part of the American psyci. But this isn't the wild west or the frontier anymore. If people were to act like communities they would find there was less need to own guns and less violence as well

The child in the video seems a bit young to be learning to use a gun! However, one day he will be a responsible gun user. If we were not allowed to own guns, the criminals would run rampant and we would have no defense whatsoever. If a teacher at Columbine had a gun the situation could have been stopped before so many deaths occurred. Guns kill people because they are being used by irresponsible, violent people. It would be disastrous if we were not allowed our constitutional right to be armed.

there are maximum of issues incorrect right here. at the beginning, a gadget gun is by ability of definition not semi computerized, so as that's a obtrusive oxymoron. 2d, you do not desire a enable for finished vehicle. you're able to desire to pay $2 hundred for a tax stamp, sign up it with the ATF, and wait 3-6 months to your place of work work to be authorized, assuming you're actually not a felon or something that would preclude you from being authorized. third, Humvees do not use a single, particular gun. They use between right here: Mk19 40mm, M240 bravo, M249, Ma Deuce, or a M134 minigun. The Ma Deuce is the only one chambered in .50 BMG. Fourth, that's insulting so you might specify what "BMG" stands for. that's the looking area, not your 4th grade coach and tell aim industry. do not patronize us. 5th, that's painfully obtrusive which you do not have a clue what you're conversing approximately interior in the slightest degree, so please wait till you're 18, and then visit an NRA variety, study gun protection and the thank you to shoot, and then initiate with a .22 LR (that stands for long Rifle, by ability of ways).

Owning firearms is a right guaranteed by our constitution. We the People would have it no other way. Any person who values their freedom, also values the means by which freedom is won, and kept. I teach my young kids how to shoot, and have no problems with it whatsoever. Education is one of the keys to reducing accidents with firearms, so not teaching kids is far more dangerous than teaching them. I do think America needs to review, and change, its gun policy. The current laws are much to restrictive for gun owners/buyers. For example, there should be no waiting period, and there should be a law allowing national concealed carry without a permit. It should also be legal to buy and sell firearms through the mail. Firearms do not cause one bit of crime, but they can sure help to prevent it.

When are people like you going to realize that guns are not the culprit. A gun is inanimate, it does nothing on its own. People like you just can't understand that for some reason, and you always put the blame for violence on the gun, instead of the person commiting the violence. If a person really wants to kill someone, a sharpened pencil could do the job nicely.

I cant see your link...I am at work.

America was based on people exploring, conquering, and being able to protect themselves. Part of constitution says that people will be allowed to keep and bear arms to protect themselves, their land and their country.

Hundreds of thousands of people own guns without issue. Only a small few abuse the right.

It is best to train people on how to use them and teaching people how to respect them.

Because it is a right given to us in the constitution. You know the right to bear arms. Guns do not kill people, people who have no value for the sanctity of life kill people. It's like Larry the cable guy said.."if you can blame guns for killing people, you should be able to blame pencils for misspelled words."

I believe it should be the right of any civilian to own a fire arm.
The law abiding citizen is not the problem.
Take care!
