all it comes out was that 'about disable add-on'.trying to update but nothing happen,it's like 'hang'

It is off by default actually. Only i can help you is. Just click on the prompt that appear on top of the internet explorer(normally a thick yellow bar) and just install and active x will work. It is not an add on. It is a program that runs.

dont use internet explorer, it allows viruses to enter your computer automatically without your knowing. i would recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Opera browsers. You will need Internet Explorer to download updates from Microsoft.com though
