If you wish to get married in all 50 states ... my question would be ... why?
If you wish to marry 50 different people, one in each state then NO, that's not legal.

How do you mean? Do you mean go to each one and have additional ceremonies or do you mean is marriage legal in each of the states? I would think the answer is yes to either of those.
That sure would be a lot of travelling!
