Yes.... Not a problem with most phones!

However, some older phones can access the faster memory correctly and your phone could hang for a while while taking videos or playing MP3s, but this is rare!

Alos, some phones do have a limit on how much memory they can access... So it would be pointless paying out for a 4Gb card if your phone can only access 1Gb, as it would be money down the tube!..... I replaced the 64Mb in my Sony Ericsson K750i with a 2Gb card - I now have a whole range of cartoons and videos, about 70 games, loads of pics etc.... and still have over 500Mb free!
