Probably a Big City like New York or Tokyo.

Over 500 people have killed themselves jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge in SF (So that is the number one Suicide Site).

If you go by %, In Jonestown a cult killed every last man, woman, and child, in a mass suicide ritual. There were no survivors so I think that takes the cake at 100%.

Iraq is perhaps pretty high too, But a kamikzi act may not necessarily be suicide.

My itty bitty Catholic School has had a handful of Suicides, so our suicide rate is around 1-2%. Which is extraordinarily high. That would be like 100,000 New Yorkers offing themselves in a period of 4 years.

Again, I'd go with the Golden Gate Bridge (AIDS is a major factor in those suicides).

But according to a BBC article:
"The indigenous Canadian Innu people has the highest rate of suicide in the world, according to a new report. "

China has the highest female suicide rate of any nation.

Indian Teens have the highest suicide rate in the world. (Assumably for teenagers)

And for overall countries, I saw Lithuania listed on several sites.

The above 4 claims are cited respectively below.

I don't know if they keep statistics on that or at least if they're available to the public.
I know here (in Australia) we have a lot of young men commit suicide but it is never revealed as a suicide in the media.
Surprisingly we also have a high rate of suicide by the elderly.
Oops, obviously I'm wrong and stand corrected.
