I think you are trying to convey " our Indian team must perform". Sorry dear, this may not be the solution for your thought. Without a view how people will evaluate and watch our teams performance.

Telecasting is just for ENJOY the game at home !!!!!!!! Win or loss doesn't make any difference for a true cricket lover.

There are many other ways how our team can do better !!!!

Have you gone nuts. Cricket telecast can't be banned. It is full entertainment. Cricket is like a religion in India. Banning the telecast will never improve the performance of cricketers!

No. It doesn't make sense. Just in case they improve their performance and if you don't to get to watch it, what is the meaning in improving the performance? Secondly, banning the telecast may actually affect the performance negatively for lack of support and interest. And banning cricket telecast in India is just a bad, stupid, crazy thought. It will deny Indians one of the best entertainment they have.

People will watch cricket whether their team loses or wins. And banning the telecast will do nothing. Players will appear more in the advertisemetns. Actually, the right way is to put some limit on number of advetrisments for each player. For example, BCCI should fix the limit (3 to 4) ads per player.

Absolutely NOT. Banning cricket telecast is not at all going to help improving the performance of the players at all.

NO. What else will you watch Indians play. We USED to play good hockey -- not anymore. Leander and Bhupathi are past. Sania has already reached her best ranking and has started her downward journey. So, cricket is the only game left which Indians still plays well -- though only sometimes.

That's like banning baseball in the states or hockey in Canada. It just won't happen because the economy might crash from the lack of exposure. Not to mention there will probably be huge riots too.

not exactly since it is the most popular sport in india instead of that we can ban cricketers from ads since nowdays our players are concentrating a lot in ads rather than cricket
