Is there any way to configure the bios through command prompt?

usually not, it has to be done in the bios window at power on

there may be some way of doing it, but it needs to be a special application from your motherboard manufacturer if it is, i'm not aware of any such things

no you have to restart your computer and use whatever key that takes you into the bios (f1 del ect )
