They were already here several years when I moved here. They are long stem roses, yellow with shades of pink on the outer edges. They bloom three separate times throughout the summer. My problem is, two of the plants did not bloom at all and the leaves turned yellow with black spots on them.Bugs, disease , or what?

Sounds like "Peace Rose" and "black spot" Walmart, nurseries, have spray specificly for treating the problem. Save your coffee grounds to put around the roses, they love it.

its a disease u need to go to to a garden shop for a spray which will help but first cut the rose back on aangle

It could probabaly be a disease so better consult a florist.
