He likes handmade stuff and things like that. Can you suggest some good gift that I can make for him? He appreciates all handmade things more than all clothes, perfume etc. Please suggest.

I was thinking of a round yellow balloon filled with finely sifted sand. When it so full that it has a perfect round face, tie its end in a knot. Make a smiley face on the balloon and say, "I am so happy I married you." It is known as Smiley Stress Ball and he can just put it on his desk to punch it or knock his head against it or just find it funny enough to smile, when he is in stress.

You can also make him a jar of his favorite homemade cookies, candies or snacks. Make 'A Smile for You' gift package for him, with the stress ball, jar of snacks, jar of cookies or sweets, some Amul chocolates (A gift for smeone you love), a 'Jack in the Box' gag gift and perhaps a cheap small 'Laughing Buddha'. Pack each gift in several layers of newspapers and pack them tightly in a big TV carton. Let him find his gifts and whenever, he finds one just give him a kiss or a framed love note, you can make at home to tell him 'One More Reason Why I Love You?' When he has found all the gifts, give him a handmade card, listing '100 More Reasons for Loving You'. You can keep the number of gifts equal to his age or number of years you have been together, according to the cost of gifts you are buying for him or time it takes to prepare them for him.

Your question proves that how much u love ure husband. The best gift u could ever give to ur husband is the love, caring, concern you feel. And u already gave it. But let me give u an advice. U plan a suprise party for him. Invite some of his friends, make a cake , arrange some food, decoration. Celebrate his birthday, watch a movie.

Linen (silk) is the traditional gift for the 4 year anniversary while flowers makes a modern gift choice. I would suggest trying www.redenvelope.com.
