Hope is the extension of wishing, but there's a difference between simple wishing and hoping. When you want something and you think there are chances for it to happen, then you're hoping. But there's also a difference between hoping and believing. Hope is much more uncertain than faith and it's strictly based on yearning.
Yes, I do believe in it since its existence cannot be doubted. Hope is connected to wishing and we all know we are capable of wishing, so it's not something that can be doubted like faith.

Hope is the knowledge that things can get better, but it does take work to achieve results. Hope inspires people and gives spark to reaching for goals. Believe in hope, no? Know hope works, yes!

My middle name, Asha, means hope... A few years ago, I thought there was no hope, but now I do... I can't think of a definition for hope because it's sort of mixed feelings... it's kind of like looking towards the future with happiness... :-)
