I am 25 years old, and I have always had a lot of friends growing up. But a lot of my friends are now married and I dont feel that is the life for me! The few single friends i do have a really boring though and never want to do anything except maybe go see a movie or hang out at a friends place and watch a dvd! I want to get out and party and meet new friends and flick these old ones, i feel disrespected by em anyways! Has anyone else had to try and start all over again at 25? i feel like im too old to find a new social circle! HELP!

You're never too old to find a social circle. The same thing happened to me. I found new friends at work, church, and in my neighborhood. Don't have a negative attitude. Perk up & be positive & start talking to people.

Social life evolves all the time.

FInd a good singles group of 20s, bars, church, gym, other social clubs at work and such. Did you consider starting a volleyball group at work? Take a singles trip or cruise. Take the horns and open your world.
BTW, just because your friends are dsettling doesn;t mean they are useless...value them now for the future...they are just busy for a time.

yep I am in the same position, tho im 24 and all my friends are having kids getting married and thats good for them but so not for me, I feel to young for all that yet.Try joining a club of something your interested in that way you will meet people with something in common, also what about going out with freinds from work the more you get out the more new people you will meet. good luck.

i can relate. I started over at age 40. although i now enjoy more time alone, i still had a need to build new friends, I found them from taking a part time job in fitness and joining a community organization. also, i agree with one of the responders, don't get rid of your friends, just down-grade your expectations.
