My system when not connected to the internet seems to be working fine. But when connected to the internet and when I start browsing the sites it always gets stuck or hang. I tried many ways but could not solve this. Can any body tells me how to resolve this or suggests any tools to find out what the problem is. Thanks in advance.

Your computer is having a problem, maybe a virus is causing it.
Ask a computer technician to check your computer... chances are, he will recommend to do formatting to repair it.

You may have spyware or other malware that slows down your browsing. These spyware items "draw" you to certain sites. If you have several of them, they get into conflict and you slow down to almost zero.
Install ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/), run it and remove all it finds, then install Spybot Search and Destroy (www.safer-networking.org/), run it too, and remove all it finds too. Hope this helps.
The programs that contained the spyware will not run anymore. Uninstall them. (They are - shortly speaking- the programs that promise you a lot for free).
Siteadvisor (http://www.siteadvisor.com) can tell you if sites are reliable or not. So go there and check if the sites that gave you free programs you installed recently are safe or not.
