The mighty Amazon's origin is in the Nevado Mismi (mountain peak) in Peru, South America.
Its most remote sources are found on the inter-Andean plateau, just a short distance from the Pacific Ocean; and, after a course of about 6,400 km (4,000 mi) through the interior of Peru and across Brazil, it enters the Atlantic Ocean at the equator.

It amazes me that you ask this question. If you have the Internet, which I suppose you do, then type in Amazon river and find it yourself. It is not that hard to do. Gosh, I do not understand people like you-sorry!
