Polish immigrants arrive in Britain with racist views on non-white Britons.Where does this level of arrogancy come from considering their status of migrant workers?Slovaks and Latvians do not have this problem so why do Poles feel it right to insult the Britons who are non-white?

You are stereotyping them. Just because you've heard a few of them make comments like that doesn't mean they all do it.

Why do not you circulate back to the place you got here from? you're ancestors have been immigrants in some unspecified time interior the destiny except you're community American. i'm Polish and that i hit upon that extremely offensive. The poles have worked their asses off in this united states! They worked the steelmills to create the cities like NYC and Chicago and Detroit! They worked the coal mines to warmth hundreds of homes! Why might desire to you be so racist. merely through fact they're diverse would not recommend they're nevertheless a much greater effective human beings than many others! do not choose the race! choose the guy!

Although I don't doubt that instances of what you have outlined do in fact happen - stereotyping is is wrong. It's just as bad as the individuals who are racist, and in this case gives people like Littlekitten and Ste53, who are also blatant racists, the opportunity to vent. I understand though, they probably still believe Britain has an empire. This is how nationalistic parties get formed and gain support, and Britain has been well known for its multi-culturalism. Please do not label all Poles this way, as I'm sure there's an equal number of Slovaks and Latvians who feel this way - you just haven't met them.

Why is it that there is so much hatred among our own, towards these people who are doing the work that some of you would not even consider? In the early Sixties Britain welcomed with open arms the West Indians who came here to become Bus Drivers & conductors because of a shortage of man power or whatever,The Polish people who helped G.B. during the war I suppose they are forgotten about as well as their offspring seek to come here to work & all we do is criticise shame on us.

I'm a British Pakistani. Born and Bred in England and proud of this country. The first time I experienced racist abuse was from Polish migrants who arrived in this country 2 years ago!!
