yes for 5 yrs going on 6 yrs. the reason i know its real its because we've been into way tooo many arguements with with my family and my family tried to push him away and insulted him, and i sadly believed the lies i've been told about him and insulted him as well, but in the end he was still working on getting me back and working things out so we can get engaged. another person in his spot would be like screw this i'll just go on and i wont go back to her, she should be working to get me back and i shouldnt care i'll just leave, shes the one whos listening to the lies anyways, but no he didnt he kept on working and proving to me that he loves me...and over time we got over it and we've been both proving to each other howmuch we love each other....

p.s he named a star after me, so thats another sign to tell me its real love :)

i hope this helped Good luck and God bless u

Yes I have and I still am. It has lasted 8 years so far and yes it is for real. We are getting married next year. So it is going to last for life. I knew it was true love from the first moment that I ever saw him. It's just one of those things that you know.

I was 18 and I fell in love... I know it seems young but i know for a fact it was real. The kind you cant explain... it hurts to be apart, even being around them makes you want to explode, you miss them when your sitting right next to them, running outside in the rain getting all muddy is your favorite memory together, or giving up everything you have to be near them. The relationship lasted 2 years and ended badly... but we will both love each other in some way for the rest of our lives.

True love is a myth. Love comes from the sharing of life and the mutual respect of both partners for one another. True love is when you do things for one another with out being asked you give your partner your last egg roll even though your still hungry, or you sit through a sappy movie because she wants to see it and you are her best friend. I recently was asked by my sister in law a therapist who my best friend was. I told her it was my wife because i can tell her anything. My idea of a good time is spending time talking to her on a long road trip we dint play music she doesn't read we talk , reconnect find out who we are inside. Respecting who they are is love. Seeing a good looking guy and feeling week in the knees is lust and you can go through a lot of them in a night in a bar. Love is when she walks in the room and she is all you see and it makes you smile. People at work complain all the time about their husband or wife. My only complaint is that i don't get to spend more time with her. Ive only been married 30 years. Ive never raised my voice in anger , i have in discussions. Ive never raised my hand to hit her or mistreat her. That's trust and respect. I think shes hit me twice and both of those times i was picking on her and deserved it , and both times i laughed so hard i cried because it was so out of character for her. I hope i answered your question.

Yes i was sixteen when i knew i'd found the "one". He was sitting on the floor and looked at me with his big brown eyes and i just felt it. He has completed me for ten years and hopefully will for the rest of my life. Having almost lost him to medical probs many times i feel it to my core i would be lost without him. He loves me even if im in the worst mood and makes me coffee even if i dont ask. It's the simple things that make me love him and that makes him my one "true love"

Yes, it was the best time and years of my life. It did not last and I know it was real because everyday I think about that person and want the happiness and goodness we shared to return.

Yes, I am madly in love with my husband. I know it is real because we "fit" each other so perfectly. It has lasted 24 years. And it keeps getting better.
