If by 'aliens' you mean life on another planet then almost certainly, statistically there has to be. Although, they're probably not little green men.

In response to the girl that says "the Bible doesn't say aliens exist" so they can't...
The Bible doesn't say that God made Jupiter. or the Moon. Or Cars. But those all exist. It didn't tell us that He put dinosaurs here first either, but He did.
And yes, I believe in the Bible's teachings... but remember that the Bible was written by man, for man and it is only a few thousand pages long. It is far from an all knowing source of information.
In other words, we are not alone simply because the Bible doesn't mention alien life. We are not alone, period.

Obviously, 100%, Yes
It doesn't mean that only if ny space probe visitin our planet prooves the xistance of aliens
Even those poor people on the other planets, might have wasted time on wars n not yet ready to go to any other plant\ets or it also might be that the people(inhabidants) of the other planet(s) already knows about the planet EARTH n might be laughin at our bhaviours!!!
Anyways, aliens do xist cause we might obviously not be the only creatures in the WHOLE Universe!!!

Aliens- i don't know but extraterrestrial life surely must exist! Because scientists believe that due to life in the galaxy, life's been created in Earth.

i doubt it.. there's a different kind of air out there unlike earth.. well it depends on the planet. earth is very unique unlike other planets. well if someone can survive extreme temperatures and breathe in a different kind of air and if there are other perfect planets besides earth then there must be an alien.

I'm not sure what you're really asking for. If you just want an answer to your question, and by that question mean extraterrestrials, then yes probably.
If any human ever have seen an alien? Probably not.
Will they ever see one? Probably not.
If they did would it ever matter? With highest probablity - no.

There are literally trillions of stars and billions of galaxies out there and the chances that theres not at least one cilvilized planet out their is highly unlikely.

sure they exist! our planet is one of the 10000.... of the universe. if life appeared here why it couldn't appear to other planets too?? in fact is very probably to discover microbial life right here in our solar system! a great example is, Jupiter's moon, Europa! and just think that our solar system is one of the 10000... in the universe.......
