Bob Geldof walked passed me in John Lewis on Thursday. Now, I'm not saying that I KNOW him, but he glanced in my direction, and, you know, there was definately a connection! Don't bring it up when you see him though, he's very busy bringing up three kids on his own...

Yes lots of them, both English and American, as my parents where Music Promoters. I have even been involved in their tours, listening to them jam before they where Mega Famous which is even cooler.
On one tour an American artist came over and did some small venue's for just 250 people each time.It was in informal situation, with pub lunches etc. A few months later they won no less than 5 top American Music Awards. Priceless experience.
I have also been involved in the building of several British footballers houses in NW England. All of them have been very nice and very normal people even when the press have been quite hard on them. ( one still owes me £20! LOL )
I won't name names though as that's not right.
I almost forgot I also went to school with some famous footballers son's. One of the lads in my class is also a pro footballer for a top club.
My cousins lad is a Rugby Player and he is about to be signed up, so he hopefully will be someday!

I'm just pulling your leg. I don't know anybody famous but I have sat in a pub with Robbie Williams once back in the Take That days. Full of himself, bless.

at least on nodding terms and recognising each other
I am usually seen on state occasions
and can be seen on TV quite often
although not out over the weekend at the Remembrance Services
due to recovering from a minor operation
