i had my baby by emergency cesearean 8 weeks ago i have just turned 20. evryone else whos had ceseareans always seem to be older, be nice to hear from anyone whos had a c section young? im just being nosy!!x

I had an emergency c-section when i was 16 (young i know) but i was married and still am, 6 years later. I also had an elected c-section at 19. I found the emergency one really hard and i was in a lot of pain afterwards, I did do 24 hours of labour though! My second baby's birth was lovely and very relaxed, totally different from the emergency one. I hope you're feeling ok and congratulations on the birth of your new baby, best wishes xx

Yes! I had two! I got married at 18 and had my 1st baby by emergency section 9 months later after he got distressed. Then I had an elective section a year later as it was thought a bad idea to give birth naturally after a section 20 years ago. I eventually had a 3rd elective section when I was 32 so don't worry. All 3 of my sons were healthy and I had no problems after each operation. Actually, my last one, 8 years ago was easier to recover from than the first two!

I've had 3 C-sections, the first one when I was 18 years old. And that was after over 2 days of labor! So for the next 2, I picked the date that I wanted to have them. Thank goodness, because all 3 of my sons were 10 lbs & 23 inches long!!

i had a emergency c-section when i was 20 because i had pre-epclampsia. My baby was born 5 weeks early but she turns 1 next week and is happy and healthy

yes i had my first cesearean when i was 17 went on to have 5 more children another 2off them were ceseareans.

I had a c-section with my daughter when I was 19, and in labor for 2 days, I was not progressing. Best of luck to you!

i have had 2 c sections my first i was when i was 18. i was overdue by 2 weeks so was induced but he was lazy nd didnt want to show. my second one was worst i was in labour for 58 hours and he was just like his brother cause he didnt want to show either.now i have just found out i am pregnant again and i will probably have c section with this one

you are not alone my sister had one at 18 as her pelvis is to small she has 3 kids. :) good luck with your baby hard work but good fun

my friend had 1 at 16 so its not uncommon good luck with your baby and congratulations!!!!!!
