Probably- if the statement wasn't true then it could be considered racist. Historically, whites have exercised more racism than other groups. Every race has racist,, but look at history, with Europeans in Africa, Native Americans, Asians, Currently there is more white people hating middle easterners than ever. Where I live there's white people complaining about immigration... maybe that legitimate.. but its not OK to say racist slurs and remarks about Mexicans... Slavery in America,, the KKK, and other groups, Today you see it in the media, and society,, plus many average white people feel as if they has some sort justification to be racist. Police brutality... For some it was just how they were raised. But you still have many racist white supremacy groups,, More groups and Hate Rock bands are created everyday,, and when some white people are just amongst themselves they will say a racist comment- and they are soo brain-washed they might actually think its not racism. Whites have always been the most racist... it hasn't went away, its just more concealed today.

Yes it is a racist statement. Every bit so as it would be put the other way about another race. Don't let all the political correctness crap of our time tell you otherwise. By the way I am very sure it is incorrect. In general I have not known a more generous, giving, and help full people.

Depends on who said it. If it's the finding of some research and survey that has foudn this to be true then it's a statement of fact.

If it's just been said in order to put down the whites and to be agressive towards them then yes it's racist.

I think it is a racist comment, and I do not believe it to be true.

yes, it is racist. you might be able to argue that people in a position of power are able to act on their racism more than others.
