I have since now been wanting a Nintendo Wii, but can no longer ignore the brilliance of the 360. Everywhere I look I see brilliant real life graphics of the 360 gameplay, and my mind is changed. I have not been impressed by the Wii graphics and although graphics are not everything in a console the 360 just looks so fun. I looked at 360 bundles on the Imternet and found that the core system is cheaper. I'm not into playing on-line and do not have wireless broadband to do so. Apart from missing out on playing on-line is there any other downsides to the core system, and is the gameplay still as immense?

premium definately, it costs more but you get more stuff and you can play old xbox games. overall the money you save on the old games is worth it.

i dont like the look of the wii, too much for a second controller, and how could you play two player if your swinging your arms around?

Definately get the premium bundle as you will end up buying a hard drive anyways. I forked out for the core system and the found that the sound on a couple of games would skip. It turns out that the 360 needs to buffer the disc to the hard drive to get the best quality, kind of like when playing video files on your pc.

The gameplay will be the same but you wont get the 20GB hard disk with the core console. You can use the hard disk to save games, videos, pictures, mp3s and stuff. Its much more convenient than using a memory card. And I think you'll have to buy a controller...

But I would buy a PS3, its graphics are going to be *much* better.

Premium bundle. It will be more expensive, but it comes with a better deal. I still dont know myself if I want a Wii or Xbox 360.

You get a 20 GB difficult disk force, a instant controller as a replace of a under pressure, a HDTV cable (blended with time-honored television) as a replace of a elementary television cable, a headset and the disc tension tray has a chrome end. the two suggestions above are nonsense. the middle isn't swifter. The Xbox hardware itself is the very comparable. in undertaking-loose words the upload-ons are distinctive. additionally you in undertaking-loose words get one MONTH of Xbox stay Gold. no longer a 365 days. And the video games do no longer bypass stuff from the difficult disk force. because of the fact the difficult disk force is optionally available, video games ought to in undertaking-loose words use the difficult disk force in very particular activities (e.g. some Multiplayer suits in Crackdown). oftentimes a sport has to run off the Disc on my own.
