YES BUT IT MEANS SUN BURNING YOURSELF! DONT PUT SUN LOTION IN THAT AREA, INSTEAD PUT SALTY WATER IN THAT AREA. STAY IN THE SUN ALONG TIME (OR SUNBED)
THEN AFTER IT PEELS YOU GAIN FRECKLES!

I guess not. Try dying your hair red (like that'll work) Guess u have 2 use an eyebrow pencil.
