I'm sorry for what happened. I personally don't understand this kind of mentality either. I'm the type of woman that wants nothing to do with jerks. I prefer nice guys myself but some women seem to want the challenge of taking on a jerk and thinking they can change them. They get easily bored with the nice guy because there's nothing about them that they have to change.
Just be glad that she's out of your life. You don't need some drama queen who wants nothing more than drama in her life. You deseve so much better. Just know that it isn't your fault and you should already know this.

I think some women feel the relationship has to be chaotic to feel loved. It's like a comfort zone. Low self esteem could play a part. Maybe she thinks it is not possible for you to sincerely and genuinely love her. Keep being her friend if possible, at some point she will leave this guy and she'll need a friend that truly cares about her.

You didn't do anything wrong. She was just confused by the sound of it. She didn't no weather she coming or going. Obviously things aren't working out with her husband. She sounds like she is having regrets, I mean talking to you about. Either that or she wants you to feel sorry for her. All you got to do is keep being yourself and trust me you will find someone that really appreciates you for you. She was not worth it, if she didn't love you back and hurt you.

People are sometimes so somplicated and confusing. If you have to ask what's up with her then I'll conclude you truly don't know (bet she couldn't answer that either). Sometimes a person just HAS to have drama. There are individuals who find regular normal partners boring. You didn't do anything wrong at all and if she hasn't already, she might find herself regretting she left you.

People get what they deserve. And I'm referring to her not you. Unfortunately I've had several friends break up with guys because they are "too nice" only to regret it later. Sounds to me like you need a woman who is mature enough to appreciate a nice guy. Good luck.

She doesn't sound stable. It could also be karma from a previous life? If you love her then forgive her,. And if you two would like to be together in the future then only Faith can help you. Faith in her and in Love.
Do you want to help her out? If she wants to really make a positive change in her life you can you know? But if she refuses to change then what can you really do...

Dude' Don't sweat it' There are women like that every where. I have had a few myself.. Women like that are never happy. Be glad she is gone. Now you know what to look for and what to go around. Stay the way you are. You will find one that deserves you.

Not enough info. There is always 2 sides of a coin in relationships, how you view yours may not be how she saw it or she could be like many, get bored fast and can't keep her pants on, nothing personal.
