Need to buy a car, but need to get it registered also! Will finance if I can find a dealer that does not require drivers license!

In the USA you do not need a license to purchase or own a vehicle. You do need one to drive one. You also can finance a vehicle, as long as you have valid ID.
There are many legal reasons that someone without a license may want to own a vehicle. Someone who is blind, or has other phyiscal handicaps may want their own vehicle that they can have someone else drive for them.
You may need to list the licensed driver that will be driving your car on the insurance, but you can buy and register a car without a license!

well just do what i done pay a scrap yard pople to let u scaving 4 stuff and somtimes there's cars u can do it 4 like 200 pound!!

go to the local knackered yard or get some one else to buy the car for you then pay them the expensies & installments for the car

if you have no license, you are not legal to drive.
why would you need a car? to look at?
If you plan on driving without a license, that also means no insurance.
I don't want you on any road I am on.
Buy a bicycle!
