Simply:
An acid is a compound formed with H as the + ion (ex: HCl, H2SO4, HC2H3O2, etc with a pH of 0-7)

Ascorbic acid is found in fruits.

All acids taste sour, however, in fruits it is described as 'tart' because it mixes with the sugars.

All fruits, sour cream, sour kraut, pickles, yogurt, and soda.

Get an "A".
