"You can give without loving but you can never love without giving ."

When I'm in need , I don't mind receiving, coz I'm in need.
When others are in need, it's my turn to give.
So I "give and take". That's the cycle of life.

But I'd rather give more than I receive. Somehow, it makes me feel good and I know God sees my giving and one day , when I'm in need again, God will make sure I receive from someone else.

I've seen this happen time and again in my life. Whether you believe in God or not, does not matter.

You will reap what you sow. You sow stingyly and sow very little, you'll reap very little. The choice is really up to you.

It's like the law of gravity. Whether you believe the law of gravity or you swear it won't affect you, it's going to work on you.

Believe me, I'm not trying to preach to you, but it does work. The Buddhists also believe that you reap a good karma when you do good.

well both, cus if you give and give, and never recieve anything back you begin to wonder whether anyone notices. and if you always recieve but never give then you are truly selfish and should look at your life a bit closer and see if you are who you really want to be.

I do not like getting things given to me as I am comfortable with my being. I am not comfortable with the poverty stricken situations around the world. Why do I need a new mp4 when Junior in somewhere cant eat as they have no food. Giving all the way.

Peace.

Both but not at the same way.
I feel very happy when I give, but when I receive,i feel afraid that I can not give something back which has the same value.
