Hi I am 30. I manage stress by support from my hubby, relaxing by doing other things and taking my mind off it (i.e. cleaning, or playing a PS3 game) I also find singing very relaxing, obviously picking the song to go with my mood. I have also tried self-hypnosis which is helpful but time-consuming and I don't have a huge amount of time to spare. I have quite a stressful lifestyle, but I don't find it affects me too much.
