NO, usually it takes several days for the sperm to migrate into the uterus and meet the ovum for fertilization.
That is the basis for the 'morning after pill'.
It prevents a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus.
If it doesn't implant, it if flushed out with the menses and no pregnancy ensues.
Basically an artificial misscarraige.
BUT that is assuming the egg was actually fertilized, in many cases, fertilization never occurred anyway.

No. It can take up to 3 days for the sperm to fertilize an egg.
Once the egg is fertilized, it can take up to 7 days to implant, at which point the female's body will begin producing pregnancy sustaining hormones. It can take another few days before the levels of HCGH is high enough for a pregnancy test to show positive.

A blood test can show as early as 24 hours after conception, but conception can happen even a few days after sex. And the test is not so aaccurate so early.

Definitely not...Wait for the next menstrual cycle..if it's late then check it with the home pregnancy test...it will tell you then...

it takes atleast 2 weeks to find out but if you dont get your next menstural cycle then your prego!!!
