Have a look at her books. On one of the front pages with the publishing information on you should be able to find the publishers address. If you can't find the address of the publisher in the book, look online for the publishers homepage, you should find an address on there.

Write to that address but address it:

The publisher's address.

You should write to her through her publisher, which is Bloomsbury in London.

I think she actually lives in Scotland, but I may well be wrong. That would be her private address, and though it's not illegal to write to her, it would probably be difficult to get a letter past a secretary or assistant. I'll bet she gets as many letters as Santa.
