when i start the computer, nothing seems to be wrong, but when i shut down, a program is running called NET-eventbroadcastwindow 1.0.5...... what is it and how do i find it? do i need to get rid of it? i am using avast antivirus and windows defender but the programs can't find it. any ideas?

Net Event Broadcast Window has to do with ATI graphics driver and Microsofts .Net Framework 1.1
There are 2 things you can try which are:
1) Try updating the driver to Ati 5, 10 drivers or even 11
if that doesn't help then
2) Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 then reinstall it
