A respondent to your question, Lennon380, suggested that we who support the war in Iraq(I support the troops no matter what)do so without having the courage to pick up a gun and go there ourselves. After 9/11 I suspect "Lennon380" didn't pick up a gun and go to Afghanistan either. But hell, there's NEVER a good reason to go to war when we can all sit safely in front of our computers and criticize those that have the balls to fight.

It's time to stop using "strategery" and use a real collaborative effort to stop wasting money and men in a pointless war. It's not about being kinder or gentler. It's about working smarter, not harder. It's not that we haven't been TRYING in Iraq. It's that we've been trying the wrong things over and over and expecting results other than failure. Now maybe we can approach this issue with a unified front and new suggestions.

NO!...It is time for a smarter War on the people who attacked us...Awar on Terror is a War on a word...Means nothing really...
By smarter I mean...This may sound crazy but...how about we invade and occupy the country that attacked us...Instead of a country that had nothing to do with the attack...Now that seems reasonable.....
How about we find a political solution to Iraq so we can get out of the middle of their civil war.....
How about as a Country...We quit handing out medals to the people who are the most incompetent...Surely we all want that....We gave the "Medal of Freedom" to George Tenet, who gave us the bad intelligence....
how about we quit using talking points to describe the war..."Cut and Run"..."Stay the Course"...Damn it people are dying and they are heroes,,,Not political fodder.
