Congratulations, LoL. My wife and I have three great children and one on the way.

With our first. She was so sick all the time that we played cards in the bathroom on the floor half the time. Yep the good Ole days. Sometimes you have a fairly good pregnancy others you just spend your time praying to the porcelain goddess, and putting your face where your butt is suppose to go most of the time. LoL.

Some things that helped my wife,
luke warm milk
chocolate milk
Saltine Crackers

Try them and let me know.

Take care,

I am so sorry to hear that your pregnancy is being so hard on you. I too had nausea all throughout my entire nine months of pregnancy. While my family and friends were asking me to go shopping for cute maternity clothes and cute little things for my baby, all I could think about was how awful I felt, and how I couldn't take much more of feeling like I had the flu. I didn't feel much like doing or going anywhere. I'm sorry to say that not everybody feels better after the first tri-mester (3) months. Hang in there, once you look into that precious little face that you created you will say you'd go through this in a heartbeat all over again for your little one. Congratulations! It will be so worth it. P.s.the pregnancy vitamins were making me even more sick, so I discontinued them and just ate a good healthy diet. My physician suggested that, and it worked for me. Talk to your dr. and see what he/she suggests.

I started feeling sick around 8 weeks and it got bad! I lost 16 pounds from weeks 8 to 20. From weeks 20 to 32 I only gained back 10 pounds. I had my son at 32wks. He was 3 pounds 15 ounces. I lost the rest of the weight within 2 days. Try to eat soup or crackers. Nothing really chuncky or spicey. If it gets worse tell your dr. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through but it happens. Best thing to do is tell your dr. at your next prenatal visit. Phenergan didnt really help me. Maybe mine was so bad because I had kidney stones and kidney infections the whole time. But good luck.

You probably heard lots of people saying that every pregnancy is different, so is yours. Being 12 weeks in your pregnancy, that could mean your nauseous feeling might go on for a little while longer. I am lucky. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and the nauseous feeling stopped in my 14th week. so now, i'm totally enjoying myself being pregnant. I feel happy and active. Hopefully you will soon too. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy.

I know it is awful. usually this doesn't go past the the first trimester.

It is important that you keep something in your stomach. For instance it might be wise to eat some saltine crackers in the middle of the night. Eat very small amounts. This will help

My nausea kicked in at about 8 weeks and lingered well into my 3rd month of pregnancy. I ended up in my OBGYN's office. I had hyperemesis grandivarum, which was a severe form of morning sickness. He put me on Phenergan and that worked wonders for me!! I didn't get sick after that or feel nausea (well until I went into labor that is)
