My bachelor brother is moving to our town. He wants to stay with me and my husband. I don't care but my husband does. How do I tell him he can't stay here without him feeling offended?

This is always a tough one, but if your husband doesn't feel okay with it I don't think it will be a good idea to let your brother lives with you. Even if your husband comes around, there will be bad vibes. So I suggest you be honest with your brother and tell him exactly how the situation is. If he's a reasonable person, he won't feel offended. Good luck!

I just had this happen to me! And, the way I got out of it was quite easy. I told him that we already had a guest staying with us at that time. Then, when he does get to town, by the time he gets there, he will have made alternate arrangements. You can then say that the person staying with you backed out at the last minute and had to cancel their trip...worked for me!

Well, this is going to cause bad blood either way you slice it. Since your husband doesn't want him there let him tell him. Also tell hubby don't ever think none of his family is welcome to come stay. Good Luck and GOD BLESS!!!!!

Just be honest and tell him the truth. He is a big boy and needs to find somewhere else to go. Simple as that.
