how do I write in my cv that i am a current phd student, please help?

Under the Sub-heading 'Education', you can begin by listing it first, as :
"* Currently working towards my Ph D degree in _________ (subject, field), at the _____ University, in _______ (city/state)."
...Then list the complete details about your postgraduation and graduation, including any specialisation(s), in a similar fashion - as the second and third bullet points.
...That will create the kind of impact and interest your seek !
