I mean hangtime, not vertical leap.These two things are connected,but they aren't the same.

Increase your elevation or find a court with less gravitational force. It's a physics thing.

Calve raises, hip sled, anything that is working out the legs.

Dude it's difficult bu twhen you do leg training double jump it increases hang time fast. double jump is doing a regular jump then lifting your knees. i'ts difficult but it works

If you jump higher and longer, then you'lll be up there for more time. Anything else would be against the laws of gravity. (Honestly!)
