I'd have to say Paris. Everything that Nicole wears looks so bad because she's too skinny!

Neither, they are both fashion disasters most of the time! Lately though, Nicole Richie has been pulling off a very polished look...and she's put some meat on her bones, thank God!

I don't like Paris but she's my pick. Nicole is too skinny that even if her clothes are nice, they look bad on her.
