With the 'Best Of' elpees dripping into the stores (George Michael, anyone), and the usual telly adverts from the usual suspects...Argos, PC World and the like, now we're assaulted by 'sexual discipline' ads., apparently for young 'uns between 15 and 25 - the NSPCC adverts have already started, with frightened wee bairns staring at shadows. But to return to the sex thing...is this not asking for trouble, as we all know about how the young will sneer and giggle rather than take note and think?

Kuri...in the UK, the - er - higher forces would rather us sit in front of the telly during Yuletide with a head full of booze and a stomach full of stagnant wind - my question was meant for Brits who, from November 6 onward assault us with adverts (and messages) concerning Christmas...just wondering if such hype makes us glad to be on Earth at that time of year, or as cynical as damn! The 'Kids dont to it' skank is hilarious...as it will make 75% or more just say 'up yours', whereas if they were not being patronised in such a way, may indeed make their minds up as mature as anyone twice their age.
