I would say Oxford, Alabama. People are proud of their town. It's just rural enough and just city enough to be perfect. The whole town attends school sports events no matter how far away. The crime rate is low. People smile. The schools are A+. Fireworks at the lake every 4th of July, and a red-white-and blue kiddy parade. A big mall. Activities for all ages.
All the best restaurants and shopping. Mount Cheaha in the horizon.

The county of UAE... better economy than the US.. better standard of living for its citizens, less stress... not fighting wars,,, peaceful, beautiful country,, will very little crime,, one of the most popular tourist spots in the world... but still somewhat unknown, Plus its building the tallest building in the world right now, with already having some of the best buildings already. look it up.
