there s this guy...he s not really cute n he s shorter than me(i tower over him!) but there s this mystery about him....aaaaaah.....but he s always with this girl and talks only to her.and not a lot....i cant take it anymore....im jealous! n when i talk to him he seems to be really self conscious and introverted and he hardly smiles ever...he s just really weird n i seem to like that!
i dont know how to get this guy to want me...sorry for the grammatical errors and please help!
I also catch him looking at me sometimes actually staring....but then he never comes up and talks to me and we're not friends

He is afraid of being open with you because of your height-difference.
Catch one of your common friends and keep telling him/her that "wow how much you like shorter guys"............"how shorter guys turns you on"............etc. etc. Don't mention this guy though....

My partner is shorter than me, and yes short guys have a low self esteem in general. Just strike up the courage to go over and talk to him. Start by saying hello when you see him and gradually bring up more in conversation as you see that he seems more comfortable. Be patient and with guys with a lower self esteem you need to also take the lead, at least in the beginning. What have you got to loose.

Wake up, girl! He really has girlfriend. Try to find other guy who is better and equal to you. Don't force him that will make you more suffered. Leave him and take your own life.
