I don't know if it was your question or not, but a few weeks ago someone asked about skinny dipping and I specifically remember telling him that you could get arrested for indecent exposure and be put on a sex offenders list - i don't think that anyone would perceive this as a go-ahead, but if you did I am sorry - hey at least you didn't get arrested and were only embarrassed once instead of every year when you had to go re register as a sex offender and every time you got a new neighbor and had to tell them you were a sex offender, and every time you put in for a new job etc etc - but if somehow you thought it was my fault I truly am sorry

It will help you eventually...One of these days you will look back on this and laugh...as for the neighbors I'm sure they will, if not already forgot about it. Everybody does stupid things...At least you were by your self and not with a bunch of people. How else are you going to get over your shyness...this might be a little extreme to some but to others it would have taken balls...lol...way to go...and I'm not making fun at your situation.

I'm your neighbor. You misunderstood what I was yelling. You see, I was filming the entire thing, and I yelled "It's soon a sight on a pay time!" Not "It's moonlight in the daytime!" Clean the peanut butter (er, water) out of your ears! Silly fool!!

I did not give you that advice but I am sorry you had to go through that. This is the advice I would have given you; Become comfortable with your body by looking at yourself in a full length mirror. Try using some self-tanning cream.

Whilst I would never give you this advice I will apologise for all people who did.
In my opinion the best way to get over your shyness would be to make yourself talk to people, whether it be in a shop to ask a question, or strike up a conversation on transport. But to humiliate yourself, nope.
Get out there and meet people, that's my advice.

Oh please won't you go away, and not start this again. This is the second night you've asked this question. A few weeks ago , your friends were throwing you out without your clothes. As I said last night, you owe an apology for being so annoying. People, check different sites tomorrow. You'll find this same question. In answer to your question,NO!

You don't have a shyness problem. YOU HAVE A CONFIDENCE PROBLEM.
Anyone who would skinny dip and is not okay with it but did it because someone suggested it (a stranger at that) is big time insecure. Find a good therapist and work on your insecurities.

well, i can't apologize cause i didn't give you any advice. but if I did i would tell you not to. going skinny dippin will not cure your shyness. it may make you more comfortable about showing off your body. to cure your shyness you need to talk and open up to people more, get involved in extracurricular activites, get out of your comfort zone, and be friendly.
