There is a difference between protecting the United States and taking the war to the rest of the world. The US does not just have an army on US soil, but almost a third of the planet has US forces occupying it. The enemies of the US are the people that do not want US forces occupying their lands.

I do not doubt Bush's *intent* to protect America.
But he and his Administration have *botched* it.
The war in Iraq did 3 things that inadvertently helped our enemies.
1) They abandoned the chase of Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, just as we were closing in, and got distracted by Iraq. Why? Because you can't bomb someone you can't find, so they went after someone it was easier to bomb.
2) They got rid of Bin Laden's worst enemy in the region, Saddam Hussein ... a brutal dictator, but a *secular* dictator who was crushing any islamic fundamentalist insurgencies.
3) They allowed Iraq, after the downfall of Saddam, to turn into a prolonged war that turned Iraq into the biggest (a) recruiting tool, and (b) training ground for new terrorists.
The "enemies of America" don't give a fig about our election ... do you think they are suddenly into "politics"? They may issue statements about things, but these are only meant to turn Americans against Americans ... if you fall for it, you are far worse than the Democrats you disagree with.
It wasn't a "debacle", it was an election. We determine our own destiny ... what terrorists say is not (or should not be) a factor.

What does it remember their regulations at the instant are not plenty distinctive, we've a 2 celebration dictatorship it is ran by potential of advisers interior the shadows that no remember who seems in fee isn't, they're only puppets. They do the bidding of huge business enterprise and massive business enterprise needs a clean international, a clean international order as George H. Bush and an astounding sort of different international leaders and govt advisers say and characteristic reported. They the two have an identical objective in techniques and that replaced into to wreck the u . s . a . and create a one international government. they seem out for cooperate hobbies, no longer the yank peoples' hobbies. i used to be naive and think of their replaced right into a distinction yet there is no longer. If Obama loses and whoever wins is a neo con *** clown, do no longer seem at human beings like me and say y'all reported this would take place. Obama is persevering with Bush doctrine, your only in a dazed state nonetheless believing the phantasm of a so stated as left wing precise wing. you are able to think of i'm packed with **** yet only watch and patiently wait to work out what occurs in some years. i used to be naive and chortle at human beings whilst they advised me Bush wasn't a tard, he replaced into enjoying stupid. i do no longer chortle anymore at something political or guard the yank information media it is ALL propaganda. the biggest threat that usa faces as we talk is all our government regardless in case you basically think of it is basically the liberals through fact it is not. Hell between the only human beings no longer aside of the situation is Ron Paul yet it is just one guy that each and everyone American media smears him with lies or says he's radical for desirous to persist with the form. If no longer desiring your u . s . to be nuked is undesirable for foreign places coverage then i could stay in bizarro international considering is why he does not desire us policing the international. we've angered different super powers like Russia and China.

No doubt Bush was sincere in his effort to protect America, but he mismanaged the war on terrorism by engaging our military forces in a protracted and costly conflict of dubious effect against terrorism. That is the reason for his party's congressional defeat.

Because he is a God fearing man who knows that God is on his side. The Demoncrats don't think much of God, that's why they use that as an angle against Bush and say he's "preachy". I'd rather have a president who believes in God and means it than a president who says it for show. Ahem, Clinton! God help us all if that pig of a woman Hilary gets elected! I hope Barbara Bush decides to run up against that witch!

Bush has not protected america.
He has ridden rough shod over any public opinion in his own country and those of his allies in order to achieve his administrations objectives.
The countries and peoples who hated america hate america more and the countries who liked or allied to america now distrust america.
Bush is a cowboy, cowboys are good at herding cows and killing indians but not much else.

He did nothing but make the threat to americas safety worse. Iraq was not about to invade america, and he seems to have forgotten about Osama the person who actually did organise an attack on the USA. He deserves it, he doesn't deserve control of a coutry with such powerful influences worldwide
