Can't say it's valid so much as completely unclear.

If you gave some sort of context, perhaps I could understand better.

Also, I THINK you mean 'or' not 'and' as some of the items contradict other of the items.

But the biggest problem is that I don't get what this is or what the "Whatever is to be represented" bit means.
