Why won't my front signal and tailights turn on while driving?

I have a 2000 Toyota Solara SLE, w/ daytime running lights. Recently in a front end accident, the shopped fixed the damage. But when I got it back, I pressed the alarm arm/disarm button.....and my lights didnt flash. Later on (after I was pulled over and recieved a ticket) the police officer pointed out my tailights (red) were out. I walked around the car, and the front signal lights were out too.

But the signal lights (front and rear) both work when signaling, just not while driving. Same goes for the brake light, that works, but isn't on while driving.

Any experts on here with electrical knowledge or similar problem?

I'm scheduled to take the car back to the shop, but that's a week away, and Im trying to resolve the problem before that, so I dont get another ticket. Thanks.

all the answers i have read make no sense to the problem ur describing. ok lets see u have no arm disarm flash but the signals do work u just have no parking lights. i think thats what it sounds like right? check ur fuses first usually in an accident when a bulb blows it shorts to ground because of the damaged and mangled metal so do that first, worst case senario they crossed some wires when they rewired the vehicle for light sockets u might have a ground back feed issue. what ever it is i cant be sure with out seeing it. i hope this helps
