if you are eating healthy don't worry about it.
STarving yourself would only hurt the bab y

You would be surprised at how much you can really eat, and be full, when you eat healthy foods.
Eat a BIG salad with a light dressing.
Snack on veggies, fruits, low fat cottage cheese and yogurt.
Two big slices of whole grain toast with low fat cream cheese.
Fish and chicken, baked in the oven, instead of fried.
Now I'm getting hungry!! :o)
When I was pregnant with my twins, I was supposed to eat 4000 calories a day. It was VERY difficult to do eating healthy foods, because I was always full.
Ditch the pop tarts and give your body and your baby what they really need.
Good luck!

hun...your pregnant, your going to gain weight......you may gain 17 this month and 2 next....it all depends, and it has almost nothing to do with what you eat......my last i lost 20lbs and did not start showing till i was almost 6 months then i only gained 5 lbs the whole pregnancy(he was also 6 weeks early)....now with my first i started at 135 lbs and went into labor at 199 lbs(she was 5 weeks early).....so every pregnancy is different......i would not worry about it too much but if you are really concerned ask your OB to recommend a nutritionist, and they will go over what you eat and what to add or cut out.....good luck

Watch what you are eating pop tarts are jammed w. calories for the amount of food you get & a seving size is one not 2 like what is in a package. Also, low fat yougurt, cottage cheese etc are good soures of calcium + low in calories. I have always done a pregancy work out dvd when pregnant they are fun & a good work out, yu can do it when you want (2am if you can't sleep)

Being really hungry is normal. Cut down your sugar intake. Eat proteins, fats, salads, and whole grains. Eat smaller meals more often and make them well balanced.
Drink no coke or sugared drinks. Water and juice.
Exercise...I don't agree with speed walking while pregnant. Walking is good but you dont want to over stress yourself or your cardio.
