Yep, Meat Loaf. The song was originally recorded by Celine Dion but it was written by Jim Steinman, who also wrote 'Paradise By The Dashboard Lights', 'I'd Do Anything For Love But I Won't Do That', 'Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad', 'Holding Out For A Hero', 'Total Eclipse of The Heart', 'Bad For Good', 'Makin' Love Out Of Nothing At All', and many many more!
