We can have abundant power provided politician management is honest. With corrupt politicians you can never improve any thing. don't you know that the chief minister of Maharashtra suspended one electricity board engineer for cutting of his power supply for non payment of electrical bill?
Probably that engineer will suffer for rest of his life time.
I am very eager to hear from him or some one else as to what is his fate today?

IN the states there has never really been anagress program to work with other resources. All though I am against buy so much oil from the arabic countries I would be concerned about how unstabled their country would be without selling oil.

Availability of Natural Resources and effective utilization of these are two separate things. We, in India, have the first one only.
Strong political will and corrupt-less administration will automatically propagate the remaining.

Which country you are talking about? India? You have so much of natural resources and yet a large number of them are starving.
