As far as the quick temper goes, I'm sure you've heard of the count to ten theory? You could try take a deep breath and immediately remove yourself from the situation. Only come back when you've calmed down and can think rationally. Take a brisk walk or if you can't go out, go to another room, shut the door and beat up a pillow or cushion. Obviously someone must have let you down before for you to be suspicious now. Talk your suspicions through with your partner, be open and honest and admit that you need help. If it's out of control you might need some counselling, or even just discuss it with someone close to you like a supportive family member. Your partner could also help you by understanding how you feel and always communicating rationally with you if the situation arises. Whatever you do, I wish you all the best. Be proud of yourself and positive in your attitude to correcting your problems.

Anger and suspicion are about FEAR and insecurity. When you find yourself reacting with anger or suspicion, ask yourself this question: "What am I afraid of?" The answer is likely to be "I'm afraid of being hurt or losing something I value."
You really should get some counseling to deal with this problem because it will keep you from having a happy, satisfying relationship with a healthy partner. No healthy person is going to endlessly put up with a quick-tempered, suspicious partner.
You can also hit the self-help aisle at the book store and read about your problem. You have to focus on your issues--it's an inside job.
